Do we work remotely or only on-site?
Our services are available on-site, primarily in Catalonia, Spain, covering the Costa Brava and Costa Dorada regions — including Barcelona area, Garraf, Castelldefels, Sitges, Sant Pere de Ribes, Vilanova i la Geltrú, Cubelles, Cunit, Segur, Calafell, and extending to Tarragona.
However, for certain services such as consulting, 3D planning, furniture suggestions, or project management, part of the work can be carried out remotely if the situation allows.

What are the timelines for a project?
The timelines vary significantly depending on the size of the property and the complexity of the project requirements.
After the initial audit, a detailed schedule will be provided to you, including an accurate estimate of the phases and deliverables.
Do your packages include furniture and accessories?
Our basic packages focus on styling and coordination services and do not include the direct cost of furniture and accessories.
However, for those seeking a fully managed solution, we offer the “Prestige” package. With this option, we handle everything—from sourcing and purchasing to coordinating deliveries and installation of all furniture, accessories, and decorative elements needed for your property. It is important to note that while the Prestige package covers the management and integration of these items, the purchase costs are billed separately, transparently, to ensure a selection that perfectly matches your budget and preferences.
Additionally, a linen, tableware, and welcome kit is also available as an optional package if you wish to provide an even more comprehensive preparation for your future guests.

What does the Airbnb Visual Audit consist of?
The Airbnb Visual Audit is an in-depth analysis of your existing listing (photos, description, current layout) to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement in terms of decoration, ambiance, and staging, with the goal of maximizing its potential.
Are professional photos included in the base price?
Professional photos are an additional option to the “Reboost” service. You can either prepare the photoshoot yourself after my work, or choose to use my partner photographer for high-quality visuals.
How are your prices determined?
Our pricing is based on the complexity, duration, and scope of the project. For packaged services such as “Express,” “Signature,” “Prestige,” or “Reboost,” a price range is provided, and a detailed quote is always issued after assessing your specific needs.
Is the initial quote free of charge?
No, the initial contact and the preparation of a preliminary quote for complex projects are free of charge and without obligation. For more in-depth consultations or specific audits, these may be part of a billable initial service.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms (deposit, payment schedule) will be clearly outlined in the quote and service contract. Typically, a deposit is required at the start of the project, followed by installments based on project milestones.
Are travel expenses included in your fees?
Travel expenses are generally included within the fees for a defined geographic area. Beyond this area, additional charges may apply and will be clearly specified in the quote.
